Jacksonville Terminal Company 40-ft Container Chassis
« on: November 30, 2019, 11:00:34 AM »
Photos of the new 40-foot container chassis from Jacksonville Terminal Company can be seen on the N Scale Vehicle Association's Industry News page.  http://nscalevehicles.org/news.php

You can also find out more about the 40-foot container chassis and future releases on the JTC website.  https://jtcmodeltrains.com/collections/container-chassis

And here are a couple of "in service" photos of the chassis.   ;)

The APL chassis has spoke wheels from Micro-Trains substituted for the "stock" JTC wheels.  The trailer wheels from Trainworx can also be substituted for the "stock" JTC wheels to create even more variety.   :)

That's a nice touch on the APL wheel update Carter, the wheels on the other don't appear so nice? Who makes the Ford LNT tractor? The Pete looks to be Trainworx.

Jim,

Thank you!  The Ford LNT is the Atlas model with Trainworx wheels and fuel tanks, a Showcase Miniatures headache rack, and Road Apple mirrors.

The Pete is indeed from Trainworx, but built with "parts" rather than an "off the shelf" model.  I am hoping that Trainworx will be able to get their new manufacturer to do another run of truck parts next year because the supply I bought in 2016 is getting a little low.    ;)
