Good question.....maybe i'll start posting thumbnails again until PB or someone figures it out. Did that recently for a couple of weeks last time this happened & then everything went back to normal. Don't have time right now but maybe i'll have my IT guy see if anything can be fixed on my end. I emailed PB about the problem and they weren't really any help at all.

I am having the same issue Charlie, when you "edit" them, and "transform", you can re-size by typing in a smaller image, then "export" and "copy" and try that?? I have a few that the images are smaller and they came up normal size again! Wish it was just the same process, how does it change anyway? The 1024 X 768 was the size they recommended back when the last problem occurred, pain in the butt, but that did work till just recently with the supersize BS !
