Seen this 1980 longhood LW self loader logging truck at Acheson earlier this week. According to the driver it was the first tri-drive in Alberta.It was built by a lumber company near Slave Lake Ab

Tri-drive back in 1980 hey,.......can't remember noticing them that far back, interesting! That old girl has a few signs of hard work on her for sure. Cool catch

  It wouldn't have been built back in 1980 ,it was probably built in the 90s.I believe that is when they started allowing them in Alberta.
