The WV beer then was 3.2. There was a little 2 story building across the street from the Lucky Lady,in the Windmill parking lot. Upstairs was my Daily Express Steel Division agent, downstairs was a small café,Windmill Jr,iirc. The coin operated scales were right next to that. 25 cents an axle to weigh your truck, self service. Pull your drive axle on the platform, get a card and stick it in the slot, and drop in a quarter,it stamped your card. Pull your drives on,and repeat..75 cents,to weigh your wagon, were a lot of those coin op scales in the W.Va-Ohio area.
Was another bar (private club deal) right behind the main restaurant, but no dancing girls like the Lucky Lady had.
And the Citgo TS was on the other side of the interstate, down the hill.
