I think it is a 362E, sits lower then the standard 362 but I'm sure Tim will have the details you are looking for!

362E concept with flat floor, a raised roof and built-in roof air deflector.

I'm curious.  How do you do a flat floor in a cabover?

International made one in the late '90's, the 9800.  I think you had to have a smaller engine spec'd.

Freightliner Argosy also had a flat floor on that model.
