These might be more common elsewhere, but it's a rare catch for me. This is a Bering HDMX rear discharge mixer truck, made by the short lived Bering truck company in conjunction with Hyundai sometime between '97 and '01, when Hyundai entered a partnership with Daimler/Chrysler and terminated its' agreement with Bering. This is the only time I've ever seen a COE rear discharge mixer, and the only time I've ever seen a Bering truck. The company is based out of Catlett, VA which isn't too far from Front Royal, which is where Bering's HQ's were established. Shot was taken as is.
