Hello Hanks!!! Still Here, February 2018 Vol 1
« on: March 01, 2018, 03:56:08 PM »
Hey all, maybe you remember me and maybe you don't.... But I am back with more pics!  These were taken in Western Iowa in February 2018

Anthony P & L (Le Mars, IA) sharp 389 pulling a Tanker on I-29 SB

Unknown Pete 389 Pride & Class Edition pulling out of a I-29 NB Rest Area

Sharp looking Pete liked by my Wife, hauling a Hopper. Says Nettleton Trucking LLC on the Step.  This Outfit out of Burbank, SD on I-29 NB

E W Wylie Trucking 579 out of West Fargo, ND hauling Boats.  First Time I've seen this, heading NB on I-29

Watt Stewart Canuck Division (Claresholm, AB) Mk II 122SD Hauling Big Tires on a Canuck Flatbed NB on I-29

Found at a Casino in Council Bluffs, IA is this Flattop 389 for Monson of Britt, IA

A cool sight on I-80 WB in Iowa, this T660 with a Spread Reefer for T & R Pearson, of Falling Waters, WV

W900L hauling a Sprayer for an outfit out of TX. CDF Trucking Inc., of Seminole, TX is the Operator

Crete Carriers (Lincoln, NE) Cascadia Aero in the "Patriot Fleet" Scheme.

A sharp W900L Flattop owned by a Beverage Distributor out of NE, hauling a Billboard Van for Miller Lite

I have heard Rumors that Zeitner out of Omaha, NE is getting rid of their 579s, meaning this one might be on borrowed time.

An interesting Pete is this pulling a blank Van on I-80 WB.  Pete is marked for Rice Construction LLC of Fishers, IN.

3 running together for an outfit called T & J Xpress Inc., of Kearns, UT

Cascadia Aero for Little Rock Farm Trucking, a dba of 473629 ON Inc,. of Walkerton, ON

And last but certainly not least, this very very sharp Pete 389 Pride & Class Edition for Farmers Oil Co. Inc., of Anthony, KS!

Hey Rick........good to see your pics again. :)

Didn't know Zeitner even had any 579s. :o

I see T&J Xpress rigs at the Osborn warehouse in Edison NJ every time I'm up there.

And the Farmers Oil is always a good catch. 8)

It's great to see you haven't totally forgotten about us; thank you for posting some more!  As always, plenty of really good looking trucks in your area, especially the first three. 8)  BTW I caught that T & R Pearson T660 last year on I-80 in Ohio:

I'm a little late in responding but great to have you back Rick! I've been feeling more motivated to post more here again as well, for awhile I was getting discouraged with the lack of activity but it seems to have picked back up over the last couple of months.
As for the trucks, the Watt & Stewart is cool, especially with the 4-axle trailer, which I don't remember seeing for them before. The Miller Lite Kenworth is awesome also, the beer distributors all used to run very sharp fleets, so this reminds me a bit of those vintage rigs. The T&J Peterbilts are awesome. Finally, great catch on the Farmers Oil!
