Dec 26, Boxing day in some lands, a very white snowy day again, here is the Township of Langley getting ready for the clean up.

Jim.

Sorry Rob, seen one truck in transit yesterday but timing was not in my favor.

While here in the east we are getting weather normally associated with the Vancouver area. At 2 PM it was +2 Celsius with rain and fog.
Verspeeten Cartage T2000 and an unknown Volvo at the Tim Hortons truck parking in Milton ON

At 6 PM it was +9 with even more rain. - Very Vancouverish weather here.  A strange early winter in Canada.

For today, Dec 27, +7, rain and the snow is almost all gone again, which didn't stop this T800 from picking up some returns from a construction site.

That's the first time I seen a Hino Truck converted to a long box with sleeper. Nice catch.  8)

December 28 2016

Wayne told me he was going to post something for the POTD.

The only picture I took on 12/28 was this Central/Vitran combo in a business park near home (Pittsburgh suburb of Bethel Park).  And, of course, as soon as I went to take it the driver popped into view, but luckily he was busy texting.

December 30th, I was sitting at a traffic light in Bridgeville PA this morning waiting to make a left turn onto the main street, and got to watch this JB Final Mile rig with a 53' trailer being backed into an alley.  He actually did a nice job.

It's an honor to close out this series on the final day of 2016. :) Early December 31 an Acme Volvo is refilling the stock at a store in Barnegat NJ so late minute shoppers can have a Happy New Year. ;D

Charlie, is the oval on the trailer from an old ACME logo?  Looks like they really "XPO'd" their livery.
