R & R Trucking a munitions hauler domiciled in Joplin MO on I 605 north---4-17-15--could be coming from the Navy Weapons Station in Seal beach CA about 10 miles south

Interesting. The truck has markings for NEI - and looking at their web page, it seems these are closely related companies. The company name is R&R Trucking, though, per the web site - it seems the trailer in your pic must have had some body work done, even though the panels do not look that way. https://info.randrtruck.com/
