I noticed that they have the spotlight on the upper rear of the sleeper, which makes me think they could be headed north of the border.

Here's another mind-bender, a set of new KW's headed east on I-70 in WVA, likely coming from Chillicothe.  I'd imagine these could be headed for some kind of bulk operation, tank or dump trailer.
