I-10 in the Hill Country #1 ~ 10/19/13
« on: October 21, 2013, 12:11:57 AM »
Well, yesterday I did something a little different in terms of truck spotting.  I was really needing to get out of the city for a while, so I took a little road trip of sorts.  I went out west on I-10 about 35 miles to the westbound picnic area, then up to Comfort, TX and hit the eastbound picnic area on my way back.  This set is from the Westbound Picnic Area at mm531.

Starting with a pretty good looking 386 for Reynolds Nationwide of San Antonio

Sharp VNL780 for FedEx Custom Critical.  Apparently this particular driver goes to Alaska, seeing that they have an Alaska license plate in addition to their Illinois plate.

WI Logistics (Arlington, OR) 379

Sharp 2013 Cascadia for the 1-truck fleet of Pamma Trucking (Houston, TX)

Here's the Dee King Trucking (Amarillo, TX) 389 that I later caught sitting still at the Love's up in Comfort pulling for Affiliated Foods, also of Amarillo, TX

Little IH 4700 mobile maintenance truck for Idealease's San Antonio location

Earl L. Henderson Trucking (Salem, IL) T660!  I've been seeing a lot of these lately.

Sharp 2013 T800 for K-3BMI of Alvin, TX

Though it's all white, I thought this Velox Transport (Doral, FL) 386 looked rather good

I really like these Serta trailers!  Pulled by a T2000 for Primary Cargo Inc. of Tustin, CA

Sharp Valley Transportation (Grand Meadow, MN) 389 movin a new Deere

Century Class for Zepeda Trucking of Casa Grande, AZ

2000 FLD for a small fleet called Juggernaut Tranportation out of El Paso, TX

And two trucks for Texas Chrom Transport of Atascosa, TX:

#710 - VNL630

#700 - 2006 T600

Ah, you already answered my location question that I asked in part two of this series, hehe... Probably should have looked at both posts before asking. ;) Anyway, more nice catches! I especially like the Dee King 389. ;)
