The Rolling Hills of Perthshire, pt. 7

Well, a few more Scottish pics today... These are still from my spot along A9 just west of Perth.

Very sharp MAN TGX XLX with a rugged looking bumper, for I. Craig Haulage out of Denny, aka Craig's of Denny.

Sharp MAN TGX XLX for D&J Peebles, Anstruther, Fife.

Neat Scania R420 hay/straw hauler (looks like a load of straw this time) for W. Borthwick out of Auchinraith, Mauchline, which is in Lanarkshire.

Sharp Iveco Stralis for Rembrand Timber, "Scotland's largest independent timber merchant." Rembrand is based in Tealing, near Dundee.

This was a pretty interesting catch for me. Offergeld is a big German company that specializes in glass hauling, and although this is an Offergeld truck, it is registered in Luxembourg! Turns out Offergeld have their own division in Luxembourg, called Offergeld Logistic Luxembourg, or Offergeld Transports Internationaux, which is based in the city of Bascharage.

Volvo FH480 Globetrotter for Rase Distribution out of Wickenby, Lincolnshire.

DAF CF85.360 for Marks & Spencer, with Cumbernauld as its home location.

Scania R420 Highline for A-B-C Transport & Warehousing out of Grimsby.

Scania P380 8x4 tipper for Morris Young out of Perth, named "Katie Louise".

Volvo FH460 Globetrotter XL for John Raymond Transport, based in Bridgend.

DAF CF65.250 Space Cab for JTC Furniture Group.

Scania G420 for Walmart owned ASDA.

Unmarked Scania 164L-480 Topline pulling for Maxi Haulage and Warehousing.

Another 8x4 tipper for Morris Young of Perth, this one a DAF CF85.410 named "Lady Gillian".

ERF E12 showman's truck. "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", it proclaims.

Some more interesting trucks in a nice countryside. My favourite is the Offergeld Mercedes mostly for his specialized trailer.

Jan just to let you know that Rembrant Timber were taken over by Thornbridge Timber from Grangemouth.
As with all takeovers they are closing down Rembrant this month. That will be more work for Mitchell of Grangemouth
as they do all transport for Thornbridge.    Bob.
