Since Canada Day was on a Sunday, the day after ( 07-02 ) is still a  holiday. So not many trucks on the road. I was out to test a new camera I may buy eventually. I saw those two trucks coming  side by side at the top of the hill ( upper right on the pic ). About two km later they were still side by side. The red T-660 is from Transport Gilmyr while the 386 is from Transport Gilles Bosse. Bosse trucks are usually bright red with black and white stripes. This 386 is the only one with a  reversed livery.

It's vacation time. Some will make a trip in a full loaded car while others may make it faster but with their RV hooked behind a towing.

Friday July 6 and a little different truck pic meant as a tribute to the out of state electric crews working to restore power in Maryland after the storms rolled through earlier this week. I lost track of all the convoys i saw this afternoon. The Hyro One International from Ontario was in one of three i saw on I-70 near Frederick.........also got pics of rigs from GA,SC,NC,Quebec and New Brunswick as well as a few more trucks i couldn't tell where they're from. Hats off to these guys for helping out. :)

No, can't figure out why yet, I've seen him every year but one, and I knew he wasn't going to make it that year. Strange. I hope he was there as I didn't take that many pictures, he always looks after that quite well. Turn out wasn't huge but the weather sure is grand.......FINALLY!!

S S Sykos Pete w/tank trlr on I 605 north--Cerritos CA 7-9-12
There is no Safer listing and no web site but there are a couple of 3rd party sites showing domicile--Santa Rosa CA--From that area could be hauling wine dairy or other food grade products.

The company name is SS Skikos - try that, and you'll find a Safer listing that shows they have only ten trucks. I caught one in CA on my recent trip, which is why I remember the name. I had to do some searching to find it, I recall. :)

thats the way it is spelled in the 3rd party web sites I found and I missed it---The decal on the tractor is not very clear and sometimes it takes a bit of looking and then I didn't get it right--Thnx for the correction :)
