United Paving Co. Pete w/low bed trlr--the load appears to be a black top stripper.  If I was the driver I think I would have some misgivings about that stanchion supporting the conveyor.    Monday 6-11-12

:o Does look kinda odd,I'd have thought the Unit would have been loaded with the Belt stretching towards the back...Ideal for catching anything low hanging while in transit to the next job......

Sunday June 17 2012 and the Iceman cometh to the Jersey Shore. Cool and breezy but folks still need ice for the brewskis. :D

Parked in the access drive to Wally World at the Cerritos Town Center--The driver appeared to be rearranging his load as the skids were dropped and there were tie downs on the pavement--I took the shot when he was working on the other side.   6-18-12

Fidele Tremblay Transport (FT) from Ste-Luce  in Lower St-Lawrence area have added a small oversize division to his fleet. I took one of two of their trucks this afternoon with this interesting load.

Something a bit different for June 21, been trying to catch this truck for a bit now, caught most of him today! This is a new service for this company, they haul Poropane and bins but I have never seen this till recently.

In NJ they are almost always hauled belt forward.  The reason is, if you're on a paving job, and you have the paving lane closed, you pull the rig in & unload - if you have the belt backward, where are you going to turn the machine around with only 1 lane closed?  I runs belt forward with the dump trucks it's loading in front of the machine.
