Well gotta like the 359 a lot and of course the W990 is most impressive, nothing like capturing a new model with a classic spread axle reefer, the old FLC set back cap hauler is pretty cool too though! Almost forgot to mention the Creech, always a sharp looking combo!

Did another Snowbird car trip down to Cape Coral FL this week (10/6 to 10/8).whenever a trip starts off with a good shot at the first location I know it's gonna be ok. :)

1st stop of the morning was the Flying J in Carneys Point NJ.....always a good start when you catch a Jade tanker. 8)

Right across the street at the Sunoco fuel stop was this Ford 9000 covered wagon. :)

Marine Transport Western Star boat hauler waiting to leave the Flying J in North East MD.

Very sharp Western Star 5700XE belonging to Armory Transportation of Hampton VA at the I-95 rest area in Dumfries VA.

Big R Express 2007 KW W900 from Montreal QC laid over at a motel in Carmel Church VA.

Turner Transfer 4 axle Pete 389 from Greensboro NC with a Goldhofer trailer at the Flying J in Carmel Church VA.

C.R. England FL Cascadia MK II parked at the Flying J in Ruther Glen VA.

One of the best looking Lonestars I think I've ever seen......Crewell Trucking from Middleburgh NY at a restaurant in Ashland VA.

You're right on when you say your off to a good start and it continues, great stuff! Jade is cool, that Lonestar is sure nice and I have to say the Big R KW is another one on the wow factor scale! Now that Ford LTL 9000, woe, is that cool too, just plain ol white, no name on it, looks like it is on it's first run before getting the name put on, very cool find!

This next pic was taken at the TA in Ashland VA. Shortly after I decided to take a different route other than I-95 in hopes of catching some different trucks.

Altom Transport Inc. Pete 579 tanker from Chicago IL.

Headed down I-85 for a change of pace & hit a bunch of truck stops and rest areas on the way to Charlotte NC....first time in 4-5 years along this route.

PA based E. S. Martin Ford Louisville stopped at a restaurant off I-85 Exit 39 in Warfield VA.

Q-Line Trucking KW W900 heavy hauler from Saskatoon SK at the Pilot in South Hill VA.

KW W900 leased to Masney Auto Transport of Ocoee FL stopped at the Wal-Mart in South Hill VA.

Nice clean Pete 389 for United Van Lines at the Simmons Travel Center in Bracey VA.

Maybe one of the best photos I've ever taken at a trucking company in Oxford NC. :) Got off the exit to get a coffee & happened upon this sight  :o....had to be 20 or so KWs just like these scattered around the Sherman & Boddie Inc. yard. Felt like I was in a time warp. ;D

Sherman & Boddie Inc. KW flatbed at their terminal in Oxford NC.

Looks like an International LT for the US division of Skelton Truck Lines based in Raleigh NC that was taking a break at the Petro off I-85 Exit 157 in Mebane NC.

The first set is the oversized shots. The second one was thumbnails, they didn't load for some reason but I'm not sure if that's my pc not working or if Photobucket is having issues.

The thumbnails are showing up now. The Louisville is fantastic, as is the Masney W900, and I love that UVL 389 and the yard full of K100's is amazing, talk about the lucky find of a lifetime. It's like making a turn and going back 20 years in time. All the Pete's in your last set are cool but I love the Yarbrough Coronado. I'm glad at least one big company decided to buy some Mark 2 Coronado's in bulk. The First Class Pete is looking prime like always too.

A Jade truck without stripes ?? ,it looks good but that has to be rare.I don't think I have ever seen one. The Ford LTL900 right below it is cool.

Thnx Brian, Gary & RobG. ;) As far as the stripeless Jade I didn't realize that until you mentioned it. It's also the first Jade I think I've ever seen in New Jersey too. :)

Still heading down I-77 in the early morning of October 7 2019 and caught a Kriska Transportation International LT from Prescott ON stopped at the rest area in Rodman CS.

Very sharp Pete 389 for Pageland Trucking from Pageland SC taking a breakfast break at a Bojangle's in Richburg SC.

John Brown Trucking Pete 579 with an ag trailer from Youngstown OH at the Shell in Winnsboro SC.

Always a pleasure to catch Paul Sagehorns' KW K100 from Sparta WI which I happened upon at the Love's in Columbia SC. The Billie Joe McKay cabover looks as good today as it did on the TV show back in the day. :) 8)

Keena Truck Leasing & Transport Ltd. KW W900 from Bolton ON also at the Love's in Columbia SC.

Veteran Carriers FL Cascadia can hauler (operated by ARL Transport of Moon Township PA) at the Pilot off I-26 Exit 159 in Bowman SC.

Followed this Fraley & Schilling FL Cascadia with a load of big tires down I-95 in Walterboro SC for a bit.

Simplex Leasing Inc. Lonestar flatbed from Jamestown ND at a rest area in Hardeeville SC.

I wish Paul Sagehorn would bring that K100 to WAA @ ANC sometime. Seems like I see the Pete every year. The Keena W900 is sharp too but really the thing I'm most jealous of is you finding one of those cans filled with oversize tires lol. I was action spotting somewhere on a trip this year, might've been Ohio IIRC, and I left the spot, went to the Love's down the street, came back out of the Love's to hit the highway and saw one pass through the spot I was sitting at. That's about as rare as it gets lol.
