All superb shots Charlie. I like the paint job on the Acorn Rig the last one i seen was a O/O
at the Chrome Shop in Wildwood FL. It was a Gold Colour paint job the owner was telling me
that he was waiting on delivery of a new Big Bunk ( Ari  I think) on a Pete. Just some useless info.    Bob.

I have no idea where Acorn Stairlifts is in Orlando FL......usually their trucks are O/Os from a company in NH so not sure if this is a company truck or not. :-\ Here's a pic of the gold Pete that Bob mentioned....taken in Edison NJ on 7-24-15.

Oh you said you shot that 579 for Acorn in their yard, I was just curious which yard it is. I found their HQ in Orlando on Google but it doesn't look like any trucks park there.

I also shot that 386 at 75 Chrome during their show in 2017 lol.

And I've caught a big bunk Western Star for them out in Chicago, plus a Coronado for them in Alexandria. We should start a carrier thread for them if there isn't one already Charlie, I talked to the driver of the 386 and he said they only have 8 drivers total in the country, each one sticks to a different region.

I think I've caught the same trucks that you have  :-\.wonder why the Pete 579 has Orlando as home base? ???

Well their HQ is in Orlando so I wouldn't be surprised if it was going to HQ for some reason. The 386 driver said he usually sticks to the SE region, although that was 2 years ago so things might have changed. I've seen the Coronado multiple times in VA though, so I'm pretty sure that's my region.

Thats the one Charlie. It was 2017 when I caught it at the Chrome Shop. The O/O said that he loaded up ( If the memory serves me correctly) around the New Jersey area as the Stair Lifts are imported from the UK. As Partsman says he sticks to the South East area
And uses the Chrome Shop as a second home he was telling me that he was ordering Bling for his new Rig that was on order.     Bob.

Thanks Jim......any R model I see I feel is worth pulling over for a photo. ;D And thanks for the kudos Wayne......I try. It's been a little slow the last month or so but I've got 3 Florida trips planned and I 'm taking a couple of different routes hoping to see some new trucks along the way so we'll see. :)

The Highlight Cascadia is nice, don't believe I've (personally) seen a daycab for them before, the Horseless Carriage T600 is nice, too. :)
Love the old R model, rare to see one as a wrecker, especially with a sleeper. 8)
Years ago, we had a single axle R with a sleeper set up with an old Holmes wrecker bed. I remember riding around town with my Dad several times in it. Unfortunately, we sold it some years back. Need to dig up some pictures of that old Dog. :)

Highlight Motor Freight opened a terminal in Parsippany NJ a couple of years ago. Not sure how big it is but before that I only saw sleepers down this way. They're a big Canadian company with a large presence in New Jersey. As far as the R model sleeper wrecker goes....they were fairly common in Jersey back in the day. :)

Got some pics from a trip to New Castle DE on 8-20-19.

Clarke Road Transport International LT stopped for a break at the Richard Stockton service area on the Jersey Pike in Hamilton NJ.

Fike Logistics Pete 389 Pride and Class glider from Hazel KY at the Flying J in Carneys Point NJ.

Brakebush Transportation Volvo from Westfield WI was also at the Flying J in Carneys Point.

Fema Trucking Pete 567 flatbed from Sterling VA at the Sunoco fuel stop in Carneys Point.

I'm always happy to catch this sharp KW W900 running for AG Trucking of Highland NY which was sitting at the TA in Paulsboro NJ.

Catch of the day as far as I was concerned was this twin steer Western Star 4800 for N.E. Bridge of Norton MA which was at the Dunkin' Donuts in Paulsboro.
