Wow.  This guy has all sorts of options going on here.
Forward fuel, chrome DEF cover, Space-Saver (COE style) battery box, a conventional style
tool box..  cool.

Tim

Do you think that would be a glider kit Tim, or does Peterbilt build with that many options for a guy?

A local outing to Tsawwassen on Saturday yielded all can haulers as Delta Port is at the end of the line, the only other truck seen in town was GFS making rounds in a Volvo

On Sunday, we decided to go east to Chilliwack for some goods we needed, it rained all the way up and back so no shots in transit! This cool Great Canadian Van Lines was sitting at one of the mall parking lots....maybe he was grabbing a King Burger ::)

then we caught this unique set up from Clean Harbours, a side dump lead trailer along with an end dump tridem on behind, all this riding on the back of the red oval

The Husky Truck Stop is across the street..........you didn't really think we would go shopping for the wifey and then NOT go to the Husky right? The rest of these are randoms from the Husky
Vedder with a W/S 5700 sporting a winter front

a Coronado MK II in the bobtail lot

VanKam Peterbilt 379 in the back row

a very bright Century with the tarp green matching the rear fenders

Home Hardware Prostar resting after coming in from Wetaskiwin Alberta

unknown IH 9900ix

a Volvo for TFX (Toronto) and a Cascadia MK II

more to come tomorrow

IH 9900ix next to the kW

I was aiming more for this IH 9900i but sitting tight into that Columbia it got the better end of the stick

Peterbilt 579 from ATL (I think)

caught this Peterbilt 379 short nose making a delivery today in Surrey

and that brings us up to date, thanks for checkin in!

You got some great sets Jim, love the Great Canadian Van Lines T660 in particular. Wish I'd see more Canadian movers down this way, never seen that carrier before.

The old FLD looks like it got punched in the beak. :D
Anyway, cool catches, and the old Mercedes Fire Truck is very interesting, I wonder what its story is.

The old FLD did get a punch in the beak!
The story on the Mercedes, not sure where it originated from although it seems to have either German or Austrian(?) signage and plates on it, I was told it was brought into Canada by someone from Alberta, now sold to someone in WA State, he stored it here (near the USA border) while he awaits proper paperwork, lighting etc according to US laws. So, it will depart Canadian soil and head to USA, quite the life for this truck. I heard the siren go when it was brought in and had the typical European sound to it.
