Friday The 13th (of January) and winter returned to Mississauga and the GTA. It wasn't a large amount of snow but arrived right at the morning rush hour snarling traffic in many locations.

A Marex Western Star has just left it's yard on Royal Windsor Drive.

As a complete contrast to Charlie's sunny Florida picture yesterday, here are two Landstar big-bunks waiting out the snowstorm in Pasco, WA on January 18th.

Yale Chase--a material handling equipment dealer--low bed transport of a Trackmobile--1-19-12 on I 605 north.
Trackmobiles are generally used at industrial and warehouse facilities to shuttle rail cars that must be moved on site. The rubber tired wheels can be lowered to move the unit on the tracks--see link

Rob,

Can you tell, what is the tractor unit number?

Jimmy B

*So as not to clutter this thread with too much discussion I will answer here*

Hi Jim...no, it was a Rob Grab Shot. It wouldn't surprise me that it went past you though. This is their routing to and from Montreal and the west coast. Highway 401 connects Quebec Province with the Detroit border crossing.

NO photos from Saturday or Monday...  :P

But this morning, January 24th,  I got to the King City truckstop just as a new James H. Clark T660 was pulling out, leaving an older T800 behind.
