A Lonestar in a Crowd
« on: May 11, 2010, 02:02:14 AM »
This past Saturday i drove up onto the yard of a small bulk hauler fleet called Select Service in Eighty-Four PA.  They run a sharp fleet of 379 Petes so I was surprised to see this outstanding Lonestar there.  It really stood out, especially with the paint.  This was a nerveracking shoot as the only way to get a good shot was to drive down into the lower trailer lot and get out and walk up the hill.  A little more trespassing than I'd like to do, but no one was around.

I really liked the colors.  It actually might look cool with a SNC trailer, a van or a tanker.

Kind of reminds me of the paint scheme on another well known show rig! I have to say though that is the sharpest one I have seen.

Ashes to ashes and dust to dust if it wasn't for those " Bad Ass Peterbilts " the Hammer Lane would rust.
