Just before Christmas, GTA's (Toronto area trailer rental company) yard in Cambridge was full of B.R. Smith trailers
Did you see how GTA moved the BR Smith trailer on each row closest to the 401 out of the line up and replaced it with one of their own? If I was paying that rent $$$ I would want the advertising also!

the way they've been cutting rates to steal freight they shouldn't last much longer. That is unless Makinnon merges with them , then they'll last a few more months!

They went down pretty quick. I knew they were done when Sim Tran took there CP contract.

I remember about 4-5 years ago when they were so busy they were hiring drivers left right and center. I bet Robert will take 90% of there freight after BR Smith shuts the doors for good

We got a call the other day on used B.R. Smith Utilities with TK units. Not sure whether they were just fleet updates, or if there was more to the story.

Observed on Saturday March 27 on the QEW in Burlington - 3 Travelers Transportation tractors hauling BR Smith trailers Toronto bound.
Maybe Travellers picked them up to augment their fleet.
