I hadn't put up a video of the Detroit running yet. I set the camera up on a tripod.

Extremely cool!  :-D Sounds nice, helped when you took off the can on the left stack, too. I thought it was pretty funny when the lawn mower sound took over after you shut off the truck, too.

Mud flaps, rain caps for the exhaust, and horn covers are next because they're cheap. I still need wiring work, a windshield, and tires to pass an inspection. I paid cash for the truck, so there's no loan right now. I'm prepared to take out a loan for up to three grand to get her legal to drive by September though. I wanna touch up some real ugly spots on the cab with white paint, finish cleaning the interior, and do a few little mechanical things by then as well. I've registered it in the local free car show that month, just for kicks.

Hopefully my pick-up can be back to it's complete stage by then because it's registered for the show too and I plan to compete with that. 8-)

Nice vids.  You just going to use this for shows, Ryan, or do you think it would be nice for local work?

It MIGHT work someday, but ONLY locally. It's just a toy for now though, it'd be a long time and a lot of money before I would trust it enough for any work.

I think it would look pretty neat hauling a flatbed or dump trailer. 8-)  Does make for a nice toy in the meantime, too.

It'd look good in front of a cattle trailer too.
