Garbage Day

Monday is Garbage Day on my street.
Waste Management is contracted by the Region of Peel .
This crew is collecting the Recycle.


It's interesting that the trucks are equipped with a single tire lift axle. RofP garbage trucks are the only ones I see with that feature around here.

That's where Waste Management makes the big bucks. they get paid for picking up the recycle and get's paid when they sale the recycle. The push axel on there truck all have just one tire even on the roll off. I never seen one down yet. the brakes are new and the tire to. they say GW on the side 80,000 thats a lot for a small truck,
