Wilkins' Wrecker and matching hauler

This matched pair of Petes are owned by Cliff and Brett Wilkins of Tonkawa, OK.  They also own a chrome shop and truck repair shop as well.  Tonkawa is only but a couple of hours down the road from Hutchinson, but I imagine that big ol' 6X6 doesn't get very good fuel mileage, at $4.50 a gallon.

I believe the tag on the big one said 359, but.....

That is a 351L.  Originally a LA Power and Light truck.   One of the truck books has the truck (or a sibling) when new.
