Both cool catches, but man, Mack needs to design some type of air fairing to blend those tanks in with the rest of the truck (like the Cascadia beside it).

Thanks Jimmy.
Not sure how new this might be, but I shot this extended bunk condo from R&L back on 12/27 on I-80 at PA MM30

Shot this natural gas powered Pitt Ohio Anthem through the fence today at a Cummins shop on the northeast side of Pittsburgh, just a few miles from the HQ terminal.

Also today (and technically truckload), spotted this new ECM natural gas powered Volvo up at the HQ terminal that they share with Pitt Ohio.  The only shot I could get was a somewhat blurry full (200mm) zoom shot from the road up above the yard.  It was pretty tough looking, especially with the black tanks.

The ECM tractor is numbered NG2102 and the PO Mack NG2103.  I wonder if the two companies share the same sequencing.

Paul, you bring up an interesting point (one that I completely missed) about the numbering of the Pitt Ohio and ECM daycabs.  E2057 having aluminum fuel tanks and the older style DPF system (including rust on the heat shield) also supports your theory. I'm going to have to pay closer attention.

I agree. The very first round of Pinnacles that went into service had this type of roof fairing also. Pitt Ohio had never used cab fairings and was apparently still hesitant to do so in 2008. I wonder if this was ordered this way by the same PO employee that ordered the IH Prostars/LT's with cab fairings but not the proper roof fairing to go with them.

New Kenworth T680 CNG powered, just like usual.

This one is a Long Rage, with extra CNG tank on the right and extra flaps that fold up behind the cab. These extra fairings are deployed to take up the space with the longer twin screw frames.

If you look closely you can see the little round green sticker that says Long Range CNG. Driver from Denver said it had 405 miles on the clock.  Denver had been having problems getting back to Denver from their Kansas City meet without running out of fuel which would require a tow to retrieve the driver and equipment.
