The sliding 5th wheels are new for us, we have a few Volvos (with the extra black fairings on the back of the cab) that have them but these are the first KWs.

Thanks for the comments on the T660 pics.

I'll just go ahead and put this here.

Caught this FedEx Freight lineman heading east over OR126 towards Bend. T800 tractor, FXFW first box, with FedEx National rear box. I've never seen FXF hauling National boxes on line before. New? Or just me behind times again?

Just you behind on the times again.  Chad had a pup from them about a year ago and I've seen a few shots posted of LTL boxes in line sets.

I must have missed that UPS cascadia, that thing looks awesome.
I think the UPS Freight Paint scheme is very unique and I love it.

I agree about the UPS Freight Cascadia, it does look good in their paint scheme! I just wish UPS had specced them with visors, like Old Dominion has... really helps the looks of these rigs a great deal!

Don't know if brand new or repainted or mentioned before but. I spotted an Estes twin screw day cab  T-800 southbound on I 79 around MM 80 Friday morning with a set. Looked awesome in bumblebee colors!

That is interesting Chad!  I'd believe it since they seem to be testing the Kenworth T-660 sleepers too.

Ive seen a combo like this once on I-84 A FedEx National box was on the tail end of a set of FedEx Freight triples.  Spotted that last winter and forgot all about it until I saw your pic Nate.
Thanks

Sunday8-16-09 I was on my way to pickup a sandwich at Quiznos for lunch and spotted a bobtail Volvo tractor turning into the mall. Unfortunately he didn't stay much longer than I was gone and when I returned and went into the mall parking area he pulled out.  A Black or dark Blue Volvo high rise tandem sleeper unit with an Estes decal on the door and under a white placard "operated by Estes West".  Sorry no pic.

It is.  They're getting them and ex-Heartland tractors for teams use along with the T660s.  Be on the lookout.
