The White reminds me of a 38 or so Dodge near me that is a flatbed twin screw, I remember seeing twin screw White's and IH's like the Dodge, but never a twin screw Dodge, and it got me thinking, was that a factory option or was that done by whoever bought the rig, so some day im going to stop and ask and take some pictures, but until then, im still wondering.

I thought it to be a Mack E model at first but it's surely a White WA model

I am pretty sure it's a WC-22 or 26. Pretty much impossible to tell the difference between the two without knowing engine, rear end, etc. on the builder's plate.  WAs didn't have the wing vent. Hard to tell if it's a full screw or tag. Would probably be early 50s with the upper mounted wiper. Say 51 or so. A 22 would have a 125 hp gas engine and 26 a 135, but it's probably been repowered.
